Terms & Conditions

1. The service

HubToolify is a collection of browser-based utilities — counters, converters, generators, calculators and image tools. They run on your own device. Some are free with an account; the rest are unlocked by a paid plan, as set out on the pricing page.

2. Your account

• Basic Word Counter counts need no account. Other free tools have a guest allowance; to keep using those tools, and for any paid plan, you need an account, and the details you give must be accurate.
• An account is for one person. Keep the password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13 years old.

3. Plans and prices

Prices are shown in $ (USD) on the pricing and checkout pages, and those pages are the authority on what you pay. Applicable taxes are added where the law requires. We may change prices for future periods; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

4. Billing, auto-renew and cancellation

Pro is sold two ways, and you choose at checkout:

• Auto-renew (subscription). You pay for the first month or year today, and by choosing auto-renew you authorise us, through our payment provider, to charge the same price at the start of each new period until you cancel. The provider sets up a recurring mandate on your card, UPI or PayPal account for this.
• One-time payment. A single charge for one month or one year. It never renews; you are only charged again if you choose to pay for another period.

For auto-renew:

• Before each automatic charge your bank or payment app sends you a pre-debit notice, as the Reserve Bank of India's rules on recurring payments require, and we email you a reminder 3 days before the renewal date.
• Cancel anytime from Account → Billing with one click, or by emailing hello@hubtoolify.com. Cancelling stops every future charge straight away; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we email you a confirmation. You can also revoke the mandate in your bank or UPI app.
• If a renewal charge fails, the payment provider retries it over the next few days and Pro stays open for 3 days in the meantime. If it still cannot be collected, auto-renew stops and the account returns to the free plan. Nothing is charged for the retries themselves.
• If we change the price of a plan, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

• An invoice is issued for each charge, including every renewal, and stays available on your billing page, which also shows your next charge date or the date your plan runs to.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, the account drops back to the free plan until it is settled.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing physical is shipped; how paid access is delivered is set out in the Digital Delivery Policy.

Access to Pro downloads and updates ends when your paid subscription period expires. It does not remove icons already in your projects: what you may keep doing with them is set out in the HubToolify Pro icon licence.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the tools to create, process or distribute anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to;
• infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy with material you run through a tool;
• attack, overload, probe or otherwise interfere with the service or the servers behind it;
• scrape, script or automate the site, or resell access to it, without our written permission;
• share, rent or sell your account, or use one account to serve several people;
• copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the site beyond what the law expressly allows.

6. Your content stays yours

Files and text you open in a tool remain entirely yours. They are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us, so we claim no licence over them and hold no copy. Original content you create with a tool is yours to use, including commercially, subject to any incorporated asset licences and third-party rights. Adding HubToolify icons or stickers to an export does not transfer ownership of that artwork or remove its licence conditions. You must have the necessary rights to any material you supply.

7. Our content

The site itself — its name, design, code and copy — belongs to Joginder Singh and is protected by intellectual property law. Your plan buys the right to use the tools, not the right to the software behind them.

The HubToolify icon library is licensed separately from these terms: the Free styles (Line, Solid, Duotone) under the HubToolify Icons licence, and the Pro styles under the HubToolify Pro icon licence, both linked from the Licences & Usage Rights page. If these terms and an icon licence differ about an icon, the icon licence governs that icon. The Pro icon licence does not cover stickers, flags, brand logos or icon sets.

Stickers are covered by their separate Sticker licence. Icon sets and special collections retain the licences and notices supplied with their downloads. Studio and maker exports retain the terms of the artwork used in them; the applicable asset licence governs use of that artwork. The creator and maker summaries explain which terms to consult.

8. Availability

We work to keep the site up but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, a provider outage or an act outside our control can interrupt it. We may change, add or retire individual tools; where a retirement materially reduces what a paid plan offers, we will give notice and, where it is fair, a pro-rata refund.

9. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is". They are built with care and tested, but we do not warrant that every result is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. Check anything important before you rely on it — see the Disclaimer.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Joginder Singh is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you actually paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used fraudulently, or where we are required to by law. If we close a paid account without cause, we refund the unused part of the period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes are notified in-app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
