Digital Delivery Policy

1. No physical goods

HubToolify is a digital SaaS (software as a service) product operated by Joginder Singh (Gambolthemes), an individual. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so there are no shipping charges, no courier, no delivery address and no delivery time in the usual sense. This page takes the place of a shipping policy.

2. What you receive

A paid plan gives your HubToolify account online access, for the period you paid for, to:

• every tool on the site, including the Pro tools, batches and ZIP downloads;
• the Pro icon styles, the full icon sets and the sticker downloads;
• the Pro workspace, such as the Icon Pack Builder, Festival Post Maker, collections and brand kits.

Files you create or download — images, PDFs, icons, stickers and so on — are delivered electronically, as downloads in your browser. Their use is covered by the Terms & Conditions.

3. When access is delivered

Pro access is activated after successful payment confirmation. Once the payment provider (PayPal or Razorpay) confirms the payment, Pro is switched on automatically for your account, normally within seconds. There is nothing to install and no licence key to enter: log in and the Pro features are available.

You also receive a payment confirmation email, and the invoice appears on your billing page.

In the rare case that a payment cannot be matched to your account automatically, we check it and switch Pro on by hand once the payment is confirmed, within 48 hours.

4. If access does not arrive

A payment that fails or is still pending unlocks nothing and is not charged. If money has left your account but Pro is not active after a few minutes, email hello@hubtoolify.com from the address on the account with the payment ID or invoice number. We reply within 48 hours and either activate the plan or refund the payment in full.

5. Access period

Each charge gives access for the period shown at checkout — a month or a year. With auto-renew, access continues without a gap: the next period is charged on the renewal date and Pro stays on until you cancel, after which it runs to the end of the period already paid for. With a one-time payment, nothing renews; when the period ends the account returns to the free plan, and you can pay again whenever you want Pro back. Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Availability

The service is delivered over the internet and can be used anywhere with a modern web browser. We work to keep it available at all times, but short interruptions for maintenance or outside our control can happen, as described in the Terms & Conditions.
