Refund & Cancellation Policy
Every paid plan on HubToolify carries a 7-day refund window. This page says exactly what is covered, what is not, and how to ask.
1. The free plan
The free plan costs nothing and there is nothing to refund. You can try every free tool before you buy anything, which is the point of it.
2. The 7-day window
If you are not happy with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for that plan and we will refund it in full — no questionnaire, no argument — apart from the one exception in section 4, taxes or gateway charges the payment provider does not return to us. Your account returns to the free plan once the refund is issued.
3. Renewals and further payments
Pro is bought either with auto-renew, which charges the same price at the start of each new month or year until you cancel, or as a one-time payment that never renews. You choose at checkout, and your billing page always shows which one you are on.
If an auto-renewal charged you and you did not mean it to, ask within 7 days of the renewal. If no Pro tool has been used since the renewal, we refund it in full; if one has, we refund the unused part of the period. Auto-renew is switched off at the same time, so nothing further is charged. The same applies to a one-time payment for a further period.
4. What is not refundable
- A period that has already run out.
- A request made more than 7 days after the payment, outside the pro-rata case above.
- An account closed by us for a breach of the Terms & Conditions, including fraud or abuse of the service.
- Taxes or gateway charges that the payment provider does not return to us.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email hello@hubtoolify.com from the address on the account, with:
- the invoice number from your billing page, and
- one line on what went wrong — helpful to us, but not a condition of the refund.
We reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Cancelling auto-renew
You can cancel auto-renew at any time, in one click, from Account → Billing (“Cancel auto-renew”), or by emailing hello@hubtoolify.com from the address on the account. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
- Cancelling stops every future charge immediately, and we email you a confirmation.
- You keep every Pro tool until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not refund that period; if you want your money back, ask as described in sections 2, 3 and 5.
- When the period ends the account continues on the free plan — the free tools stay and the Pro tools lock. Nothing you made is deleted.
- You can also revoke the mandate from your bank, card or UPI app; we treat that as a cancellation.
A one-time payment has nothing to cancel: it simply ends on the date shown on your billing page. To close your account altogether, write to hello@hubtoolify.com from the address on the account; any auto-renew is cancelled with it.
7. Downgrades and upgrades
Upgrading mid-period takes effect immediately and we credit the unused part of the plan you are leaving. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period, so nothing you have paid for is lost.
8. Failed and duplicate payments
A payment that fails unlocks nothing and is not charged. If an auto-renewal fails, the payment provider retries it for a few days and Pro stays open for 3 days meanwhile; if it still fails, auto-renew stops and the account returns to the free plan. If you are ever billed twice for the same period, tell us and we refund the duplicate in full, outside every other limit on this page.
9. Price changes
The price shown at checkout is the price for that period. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. If you are on auto-renew, we email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
