Why use this tool?

Tips
- A straight, evenly lit, high-resolution photograph recognises far better than an angled one in shadow.
- Run a phone photo through the Document Scanner first: cropping and flattening the lighting measurably improves accuracy.

How accurate is it?
Very good on clean printed text, less so on handwriting, unusual fonts, or photographs taken at an angle in poor light.
