The HubToolify Icons artwork (every SVG, sprite, stylesheet, component and data file
generated from icons/src/) is original work created for HubToolify.

You may
-------

- use the icons, free of charge, in personal and commercial projects: websites, apps,
  software, documents, presentations, videos, print and merchandise;
- modify them (recolour, resize, combine, re-draw) for use in your projects;
- include them in products you distribute, such as an app, a theme or a template, as
  part of that product.

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

You may not
-----------

- sell, sublicense or redistribute the icons on their own or as an icon set, font,
  sticker pack or similar collection, whether modified or not;
- use them to build a product that competes with HubToolify Icons as an icon library;
- claim the icons as your own original artwork or register them as trademarks (an icon
  used within your own logo is allowed, but gives you no exclusive rights to the icon).

The icons are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall
HubToolify be liable for any claim or damages arising from their use.

Icons depict generic concepts. They are not brand logos and do not imply any
endorsement.

The HubToolify Stickers artwork (every SVG, PNG and WebP generated from stickers/src/,
and every file downloaded from hubtoolify.com/stickers) is original work created for
HubToolify.

Anyone may browse and preview the stickers on hubtoolify.com. Downloading them (and
copying them, exporting them from the Sticker Creator, or downloading a pack) is part of
the HubToolify Pro plan. This licence is granted to Pro members for the files they
download while their plan is active; a project made with those files during that time
stays licensed after the plan ends. Using the files in new projects needs an active plan.

As a Pro member you may
-----------------------

- use the stickers in personal and commercial projects: messages and
  chats, social media posts, videos, websites, apps, documents, presentations, greeting
  cards, invitations, print, packaging and merchandise;
- modify them (resize, recolour, crop, add text, combine them with other artwork) for
  use in those projects;
- print them, including on stickers, labels and gift tags you sell, as part of your own
  design.

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

You may not
-----------

- sell, sublicense or redistribute the stickers on their own or as a sticker pack,
  clip-art set, icon set, emoji set, font or similar collection, whether modified or not
  (this includes uploading them to other sticker, stock or template marketplaces);
- claim the stickers as your own original artwork or register them, or anything
  substantially based on them, as a trademark;
- use them in a way that is unlawful, defamatory or hateful, or that suggests
  HubToolify endorses you or your product.

# HubToolify Country & Territory Flags — License and notices

## The flag designs are not ours

National and territorial flags are designs of the countries and territories they
represent. HubToolify does not claim ownership of any flag design and grants no rights in
them. What this collection provides is **HubToolify's own SVG implementations** of those
designs: files drawn from scratch from each flag's published specification (see
PROVENANCE.txt), in four presentations (Original, Rectangle, Circle, Rounded).

## Using the files

You may:

- use the files in personal and commercial projects: websites, apps, software,
  documents, presentations, videos and print;
- resize them, add padding or backgrounds, and convert them to other formats for use in
  your projects;
- include them in products you distribute, such as an app or a template, as part of that
  product.

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

You may not:

- sell, sublicense or redistribute these files on their own or as a flag or icon
  collection, whether modified or not;
- claim the files as your own original artwork.

## Flag laws still apply

Many countries regulate how their flag may be used — for example in advertising, on
goods, in trademarks, or in ways considered disrespectful — and some protect national
emblems and coats of arms by law. This license covers HubToolify's files only; it does not
give permission under any national flag or emblem law. Check the rules of the country
concerned before commercial use.

## Accuracy

Each flag is drawn to its official proportions and colours as documented in the sources
listed for it. Where a specification gives colours only as Pantone or CMYK, the sRGB value
used is the published equivalent cited in the flag's colour note. Report an error and it
will be corrected.

## No warranty

The files are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall
HubToolify be liable for any claim or damages arising from their use.

# HubToolify Software, Technology & E-commerce — licence

This collection holds two kinds of artwork under two different sets of terms.

## 1. The e-commerce symbols (original HubToolify artwork)

The eight e-commerce symbols in `ecommerce/` (Online storefront, Shopping cart, Shopping
bag, Product catalogue, Checkout, Payment card, Discount coupon, Order tracking, in Line,
Flat, Solid and Special Lineal Color) are original work drawn for HubToolify. They are
free to download.

### You may

- use them, free of charge, in personal and commercial projects: websites, online
  stores, apps, software, documents, presentations, videos, print and merchandise;
- modify them (recolour, resize, combine, re-draw) for use in your projects;
- include them in products you distribute, such as a theme, template or app, as part of
  that product.

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

### You may not

- sell, sublicense or redistribute the symbols on their own or as an icon set, font,
  sticker pack or similar collection, whether modified or not;
- claim them as your own original artwork or register them as trademarks.

## 2. The brand logos (third-party trademarks)

The logos in `brands/` are **not** HubToolify artwork, and HubToolify grants no licence
to them. Each is its owner's official file, included unmodified only because the owner's
own terms allow it to be redistributed. Your use of each logo is governed by the owner's
licence and trademark guidelines — listed in that brand's `NOTICE.txt` and in
`THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt` — not by section 1.

Downloading a logo free of charge from HubToolify does not give you any trademark right
and does not remove any restriction the owner sets. In particular, a logo may not be used
in a way that suggests the owner endorses you or your product, and most owners forbid
modifying their logo and using it on merchandise.

## No warranty

Everything is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall
HubToolify be liable for any claim or damages arising from its use. Summaries of
third-party terms are given for convenience; the owner's own terms prevail.

# Third-party notices

## Sticker artwork

**None.** Every sticker in HubToolify Stickers is original artwork drawn for HubToolify,
in code, with the kit in `src/kit.mjs` and the motifs in `src/motifs.mjs`. No shape is
taken, traced or adapted from any third-party sticker, emoji, clip-art, illustration or
icon library (including Freepik, Flaticon, Canva, Envato, Shutterstock, Adobe Stock,
Icons8, Vecteezy, Google Images results, or any emoji set), and no recognisable
copyrighted character is imitated.

## Lettering fonts

The words on typography stickers are set in fonts under the SIL Open Font License
1.1, converted to outlines at build time so the stickers need no font installed. The
OFL permits using a font's glyphs in artwork, including commercial artwork; it restricts
selling or distributing the font software itself, which these stickers do not do. The
Sticker Creator also serves these fonts (WOFF2 and WOFF files in
`public/sticker-library/fonts/`, the Indian-script fonts as their script subset plus a
Latin subset) so a visitor's own text can be set in English, Hindi, Punjabi or Gujarati.
Its SVG export converts that text to outlines in the browser; the font files themselves
are never put in an exported file.

Sticker Creator 2.0 adds five more Indian scripts, each a Baloo family under the same SIL Open
Font License 1.1 (© 2019 The Baloo 2 Project Authors): Baloo Da 2 (Bengali), Baloo Thambi 2
(Tamil), Baloo Tammudu 2 (Telugu), Baloo Tamma 2 (Kannada), Baloo Chettan 2 (Malayalam) and
Baloo Bhaina 2 (Odia), from the Fontsource packages `@fontsource/baloo-da-2`,
`baloo-thambi-2`, `baloo-tammudu-2`, `baloo-tamma-2`, `baloo-chettan-2` and `baloo-bhaina-2`.
Marathi and Nepali use the Baloo 2 Devanagari font; Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and
Italian fit the Latin subsets of the fonts already listed. The Creator also offers the Post
Maker fonts below for English and Hindi lettering.

The Festival Post Maker also offers these OFL fonts for its lettering (Fontsource packages
of the same names): Poppins, Lobster, Dancing Script, Playfair Display, Bebas Neue, Anton,
Righteous, Great Vibes, Kalam, Yatra One, Rozha One, Cinzel and Caveat. Each package's
`LICENSE` file carries its copyright line and the license text.

Devanagari and Gujarati lettering is shaped with HarfBuzz before it is outlined, so
conjuncts and vowel signs are formed correctly (`src/shape.mjs`). The Sticker Creator's
SVG export does the same in the browser for all four languages
(`resources/js/sticker-library/shaper.js`, with harfbuzzjs's WebAssembly build).

The full license text ships with each font package (`node_modules/@fontsource/fredoka/LICENSE`,
`node_modules/@fontsource/pacifico/LICENSE`, `node_modules/@fontsource/baloo-2/LICENSE`,
`node_modules/@fontsource/baloo-bhai-2/LICENSE`, `node_modules/@fontsource/baloo-paaji-2/LICENSE`).

## Build tooling

The pipeline in `scripts/` runs on Node.js and uses these packages at build time only.
None of their code is included in the sticker files.

HubToolify Icons Pro License
============================

1. What this covers
-------------------

This licence covers the Pro icon styles (Imprint, Pixel, Slab, Mellow, Jass, 3D, Draw and Lineal) and
every file generated from them: SVGs, stylesheets and React modules in the @hubtoolify-pro/icons and
@hubtoolify-pro/icons-react packages and in HubToolify's Pro downloads, **made on or after the effective
date above**. The Free styles (Line, Solid, Duotone), which the Pro packages and downloads also contain,
are licensed separately under LICENSE.md, included alongside this file. Downloads made before the
effective date are dealt with in section 9.

What this licence does not cover. Stickers, country and territory flags, brand logos, and the icon sets and
packs sold or offered separately from the icon library are not covered by this licence and are not made Pro
icons by it. Stickers, flags and brand logos each come with their own licence or notices, and an icon set's
download includes its own LICENSE.txt. A download that contains such items says so (see below).

Downloads that mix Free and Pro styles. Each file is covered by the licence of the style it is drawn in: the
Free styles by LICENSE.md, the Pro styles by this licence. A download that contains more than one kind states,
in its own licence file list (LICENSES.txt or the equivalent), which licence covers which files. Where a
download says nothing else, treat a Pro-style file as covered by this licence and a Free-style file by LICENSE.md.

2. Words used
-------------

- You: the one individual who holds the HubToolify Pro subscription (see section 7).
- Library: the Pro icon files, in the packages or any Pro download.
- Project: a website, app, software, document, presentation, video, print or merchandise item, or any
  other finished work. Each of these is its own Project: a separate product, a new client's work, and a copy
  or clone of an existing website or app (see section 5).
- Client Project: a Project that You make for someone else, whether paid or not.
- Included Icons: the Pro icons that are actually incorporated into a Project's source or assets (its SVG
  files, inline SVG, sprites, CSS, components, design files) at the time the Active Subscription ends, and
  those You incorporate into it while the subscription is active. An icon counts as incorporated when it is
  used in the Project's source or assets; **the Project does not have to be finished, delivered or deployed
  first, so an unfinished Project's icons are Included Icons. Keeping the whole downloaded package does not
  make every icon in it an Included Icon**: only the icons actually incorporated into a Project count.
- Standalone Icon Collection: the Library, or any substantial part of it, offered or usable on its own as
  icons: an icon set, icon pack, font, sticker pack, design-tool or Figma library, npm or other package,
  template kit made mainly of icons, or a download folder, repository or CDN directory that lets others take
  the icon files.
- Active Subscription: a period during which the account has an active Pro plan.

3. What You may do
------------------

- use the Pro icons in personal, commercial and Client Projects, with no attribution required;
- modify them (recolour, resize, combine, re-draw);
- embed them in a Project, including one You sell or distribute (an app, a theme, a template), so long as the
  Project is a finished product and not a Standalone Icon Collection (section 8).

4. What needs an Active Subscription
------------------------------------

An Active Subscription is needed to:

1. download the Library, from the registry or any Pro download;
2. receive updates (new versions, new icons, fixes, new styles);
3. start a new Project that uses Pro icons;
4. add further Pro icons to a Project, including icons from copies You downloaded earlier.

5. When the subscription ends
-----------------------------

When the Active Subscription ends, only the registry and Pro downloads stop: no new downloads, no updates.
The Included Icons in a Project keep working. HubToolify does not run any runtime check on, and does not
remotely disable, remove or alter, icons that are embedded in a Project. Existing websites and apps are not
broken and nobody has to remove icons.

After the subscription ends:

- Projects started during the Active Subscription may keep using their Included Icons indefinitely.
- Unfinished Projects started during the Active Subscription may be **completed and launched, with no
  deadline**.
- Existing Projects may be maintained: fixes, content and design changes, new pages and features, updates,
  and modification of their Included Icons (recolouring, resizing, redrawing).
- Adding further Pro icons to a Project requires an Active Subscription (section 4, point 4). Only the
  Included Icons continue. Keeping the downloaded package does not make its other icons Included Icons.
- You may keep the package files You downloaded (tarballs, node_modules, caches, files in Your private
  repository) and reinstall them from Your own storage to rebuild those Projects. Builds of those Projects
  should therefore not depend on the registry (see the package README for an offline example).

A new Project, which needs an Active Subscription before it starts, includes: a new client's Project,
a separate product, and a copy or clone of an existing website or app, even if built from an earlier
Project or template. Renewing the subscription restores the right to start new Projects from the renewal date;
the gap does not cancel rights in Projects already covered.

A Project is started when work on it began, shown by its repository history, a signed contract or order, or
its project start date.

6. Client work
--------------

Client Projects are covered. When You hand a Client Project over, the client may:

- receive the Project and the Included Icons it needs, including its source in a private repository;
- host it, maintain it and modify its Included Icons (and let another developer do the same), for as long
  as they use the Project, including after You stop working for them and after Your subscription ends;
- do all of this without a HubToolify subscription of their own.

This does not let the client reuse the icons in an unrelated Project, add further Pro icons, take the icons
out as a collection, give them to others, or receive Your account, token or registry access. A client who wants
the icons for other work, or more icons, needs their own subscription. It is Your responsibility to tell the
client these limits (this section may be quoted to them).

7. One subscription, one individual
-----------------------------------

One Pro subscription covers one individual: You. Do not share Your account, password or registry token, or
let another person download through Your account. In more detail:

- Colleagues and contractors may work with the Included Icons of a Project (for example in its private
  repository) as part of working on that Project. Independent downloads, from the registry or Pro downloads,
  for their own use or for other Projects, require their own Pro subscription.
- Private repositories. You may commit Included Icons, or the installed packages, to a private
  repository for Your or Your client's Project; people with access may use them for that Project only.
- CI and automation. You may use a registry token created from Your own account in a CI system to install
  the packages for builds of Your Projects. Keep the token in the CI secret store, never in a repository, and
  never share it or use it for another person's own work. The token stops working when the Active Subscription
  ends, and after the period the registry sets.

8. Hosting, CDNs, distribution and public repositories
------------------------------------------------------

Normal hosting is allowed. Serving Included Icons as ordinary assets of a Project is allowed: SVG, sprite,
CSS and font files delivered from Your or Your client's web server, a static host, an app bundle or app-store
package, or a content delivery network (CDN) that serves that Project's files, including through build tools,
bundlers and compiled code. It does not matter that visitors' browsers can fetch or view those files; that is how
the web works, and it is not distribution of a Standalone Icon Collection. A closed-source Project, including a
theme or template You sell, may be distributed with its Included Icons.

Public source repositories are not allowed. The restriction in this section is about putting the Pro icons'
source where anyone can take them as icon files: You may not put Pro SVG source files, or the packages, in
a public source repository or other publicly accessible source form, including in an open-source project.
Public projects should use the Free icons (Line, Solid, Duotone), which LICENSE.md lets You use in public
and open-source work. This restriction does not apply to the files a deployed website or app serves under the
paragraph above.

Not allowed. Offering a Standalone Icon Collection, publicly or privately, free or paid. In particular You
may not:

- publish the packages, or any part of them, to npm or any other public or shared registry;
- put the packages as downloaded, or the whole Library or a substantial part of it, in a public repository, or
  on a public website, CDN path or download folder where anyone can take the icon files as such (as opposed to
  serving the Included Icons a Project uses);
- set up a CDN or URL scheme whose purpose is to let others load HubToolify Pro icons as an icon service;
- sell, license, share or give away the icons as a set, font, sticker pack, plugin, design-tool library or
  similar collection, modified or not.

9. Downloads made before the effective date
-------------------------------------------

Pro files that You or a client downloaded before the effective date were supplied with the Pro kit README
("licensed to your HubToolify Pro account — host them on your own site; do not redistribute") and the Free
LICENSE.md. This licence is not retroactive. Those existing downloads remain governed by the terms they
came with: nothing here adds a restriction to them or takes away something those terms allowed. The restrictions
that were already there (no redistribution, host on your own site; no standalone resale, no competing
library) continue to apply to them. This licence's rules about adding icons (section 4, point 4), and about
public repositories (section 8), apply only to files downloaded on or after the effective date. New downloads,
and updates or re-downloads made on or after the effective date, are under this licence.

10. What You may not do
-----------------------

- offer a Standalone Icon Collection, or put Pro SVG source in a public repository (section 8);
- share Your account or token (section 7);
- use the icons to build a product that competes with HubToolify Icons as an icon library;
- claim the icons as Your own original artwork, or register them, or any icon, as a trademark (an icon used
  within Your own logo is allowed but gives You no exclusive rights in the icon);
- give a client more than section 6 allows;
- state or imply that HubToolify endorses You or Your Project.

If You break this licence, HubToolify may suspend registry and download access and end this licence for new
use. Rights already granted in a client's Project under section 6 are not ended by Your breach unless the
client themselves broke section 6.

11. Ownership and no warranty
-----------------------------

The icons remain HubToolify's work; this licence gives rights to use them, not ownership. The icons are
provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall HubToolify be liable for any claim or damages
arising from their use. Icons depict generic concepts; they are not brand logos and do not imply endorsement.
