What is Lottie Preview?
HubToolify's Lottie Preview plays a Lottie animation straight from a .json or .lottie file, with nothing to install and no account. It suits designers checking an export, developers deciding whether a file is fit to ship, and anyone sent a Lottie who wants to see it. The animation plays in lottie-web, the same player most websites use, with play and pause, a frame-by-frame scrubber, speeds from a quarter to double and a transparent, white, dark or custom background. Beside it the file is described: canvas size, length, frame rate, frame and layer counts, layer kinds, precompositions, images and markers, with warnings for what plays differently between players, such as expressions, linked images, text that needs fonts, 3D layers, effects and blend modes. A .json can be saved as a smaller .lottie and a .lottie as JSON, and the animation can be opened in the Animated SVG Studio to edit. Files up to 8 MB are read in the browser and never uploaded. It is free.
