Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
HubToolify does not sell your personal information, and never has. This page explains the one way information can reach a third party for advertising, and how to switch it off.
1. We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your name, email address, account details, payment records or anything else we hold about you — not for money and not for anything else of value. The files and text you open in the tools are processed in your browser and never reach us, so there is nothing of that kind to sell either.
2. What "sharing" means here
Some privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA), treat letting an advertising partner use cookies to show you personalised ads as "sharing" personal information. The site currently shows no adverts, so no information is shared in that way.
3. Opt out in this browser
Use the button below to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising. We store your choice in a small cookie
called ht_dns in this browser, and from then on every page asks the ad network for
non-personalised adverts only and tells our analytics to send no advertising signals.
Adverts may still appear, but they are no longer chosen from your interests.
Your choice needs JavaScript to be saved in this browser. If it is switched off, email us instead — see section 5.
The choice applies to this browser on this device. If you clear your cookies or use another browser, opt out again there. A paid plan removes every advert, and with it the advertising cookies, on every device you sign in on.
4. Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing, automatically and without you pressing anything. The status box above shows when a GPC signal has been detected.
5. Opt out by email
You can also write to hello@hubtoolify.com with the subject "Do not sell or share my personal information". You do not need an account to make the request. We reply within 48 hours and act on it within 15 business days. An authorised agent can make the request for you; we may ask for written permission from you before acting on it.
6. No penalty for opting out
Opting out changes nothing about your account, your price or which tools you can use. We will not treat you differently for making this or any other privacy request.
7. Your other rights
You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how to make each request, and the Cookie Policy lists every cookie in full.
