Questions
- What does one credit buy?
- 2 credits draw 4 versions of a new icon from your description; 1 credit changes one of them. Saving, editing in Icon Studio and downloading are free.
- How do plan credits work?
- A monthly plan adds its credits each month; a yearly plan adds twelve months' credits at once. Plan credits are used before pack credits and last until your next renewal. Cancel any time from your billing page: nothing more is charged and your credits stay until the period ends.
- What if the AI fails or cannot draw it?
- You are charged only when at least one draft comes out. A failure, a timeout or a request that cannot be drawn gives the credits back automatically.
- Do packs expire?
- Pack credits last 12 months. HubToolify Pro's 50 monthly credits are used first and renew each month.
- Where are my icons kept?
- In your own browser, under "My icons" on the generator. HubToolify does not store them, so download the ones you want to keep elsewhere.
- Can it draw logos?
- No. Logos, brand marks, real people and unsafe subjects are refused before anything is charged.
