Karva Chauth falls on the fourth day after the full moon in the month of Kartik, usually in October or early November, a little over a week before Diwali. It is kept mostly in North India, in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and beyond, and by families everywhere who come from there. Married women fast from before sunrise until the moon comes out, often without even water, praying for their husbands' long life, and many husbands now keep the fast with them.

The day begins with sargi, a meal eaten before dawn that the mother-in-law traditionally sends: pheni, fruit, dry fruits, mathri and sweets. Women dress in red or bridal colours with mehndi, bangles, sindoor and the mangalsutra, and in the evening they gather with decorated thalis and the karva, a small spouted pot, for the puja and the story of the fast. When the moon rises, a woman looks at it through a chalni (sieve) beside a lit diya, offers it water, then looks at her husband's face through the same chalni, and he gives her the first sip of water and the first bite of food.

This pack follows that whole day in five parts: greetings in English and Hindi, the moon and the chalni, the thali and the karva, couples, and sargi and shringar. People are drawn with care in sarees and kurtas across a range of skin tones. No deity or religious figure is drawn; the moon is drawn simply as the moon.

Ways to use them

  • Send Karva Chauth wishes in WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal as a transparent PNG or WebP, from the sargi in the morning to "Chand Nikla!" at night.
  • Decorate couple photos, reels and stories of the puja and the moonrise, or a first Karva Chauth post.
  • Recolour a sticker with a colour theme (Rani pink, Midnight, Twilight): festive red, rani pink and night blue swap tone for tone, so highlights and shadows stay in place.
  • Use the SVG on greeting cards, gift tags for sargi and baya baskets, and invitations; it scales cleanly for printing at home, and the white border can be switched off.

Questions

Do I need HubToolify Pro to download these Karva Chauth stickers?

Yes. Anyone can browse and preview every sticker. Downloading PNG, SVG and WebP files, the full-pack ZIP, copying a sticker and exporting from the Sticker Creator are part of HubToolify Pro, as for every sticker pack. As a Pro member you can use the stickers in personal and commercial projects such as messages, social posts, cards and packaging, but not resell them as a sticker pack of your own. See the licence for the details.

Is the Hindi lettering editable?

Yes. Every straight line of lettering, in English or in Hindi, can be rewritten in the Sticker Creator, for example to add a name to "My First Karva Chauth". The new words are set in the same font and shrink to fit the same space.

Can I change the colours or remove the white border?

Yes. Every sticker takes a colour theme that swaps its red, rani pink and night blue tone for tone. You can also set the size, a background colour, the border colour and thickness (down to no border), the shadow, rotation and flips.

What is in the pack ZIP?

PNG at 256, 512 and 1024 px (or the one size you pick), WebP, the SVG masters, the source artwork without its border, a JSON manifest of every sticker, a preview sheet and the creation record. SVG files carry "© 2026 HubToolify. All rights reserved." in their metadata; the notice states HubToolify's claim to the artwork and does not by itself guarantee exclusive copyright.
