Lohri is the Punjabi winter festival celebrated on the night of 13 January, the eve of Maghi and Makar Sankranti. As the coldest nights begin to pass and the sugarcane is harvested and the wheat and mustard of the rabi season grow in the fields, families and neighbours gather around a bonfire in the courtyard or the street. Rewari, gajak, peanuts, popcorn and til are tossed into the fire and shared around it, songs such as Sundar Mundriye are sung, and the dhol sets the beat for bhangra and giddha late into the night.
Lohri is especially big for a family celebrating its first Lohri, of a newborn baby or of a newly married couple, with sweets for everyone who comes by. This pack follows the whole evening: the bonfire and its sparks, the dhol and its sticks, dancers in pagg, kurta and tehmat or salwar kameez and phulkari, the treats and the harvest, Punjabi decor such as the paranda, jutti and charpai, and greetings from Happy Lohri to Lohri Di Lakh Lakh Vadhaiyan.
Ways to use them
- Send Lohri wishes in WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal as a transparent PNG or WebP.
- Decorate photos, reels and stories of the bonfire night, or a first Lohri invitation card.
- Print the SVG on labels for rewari and gajak boxes, gift tags and party decorations; the white border is a real vector cut line.
Questions
Do I need HubToolify Pro to download these Lohri stickers?
Yes. Anyone can browse and preview every sticker. Downloading PNG, SVG and WebP files, the full-pack ZIP, copying a sticker and exporting from the Sticker Creator are part of HubToolify Pro. As a Pro member you can use the stickers in personal and commercial projects such as messages, social posts, cards and packaging, but not resell them as a sticker pack of your own. See the licence for the details.
Which format should I download?
PNG with a transparent background works almost everywhere. WebP is smaller and is what WhatsApp stickers use. SVG is the vector master for print and design tools, and scales to any size.
Can I add a name, for a first Lohri card?
Yes. Open any sticker in the Sticker Creator to add a name or a message, choose a font and colour, and export a transparent PNG.
