Halloween, the evening of 31 October, grew from All Hallows' Eve, the night before All Saints' Day, and from older harvest-end festivals such as the Gaelic Samhain, when the year turned towards winter and the boundary with the spirit world was said to be thin. Its customs travelled with emigrants and became the celebration known worldwide today: carving jack-o'-lanterns (first from turnips, then pumpkins), dressing up as ghosts, witches and monsters, going door to door to trick-or-treat for sweets, and telling ghost stories under the October moon.

This pack gathers the season in one style: carved, cute and creepy jack-o'-lanterns, a haunted house, friendly and floating ghosts, a flying witch, her hat, cauldron, potions, spell book and crystal ball, a black cat, bats, an owl and a scarecrow, a skeleton who dances, gravestones and a cemetery, the reaper, original friendly monsters (a vampire, a mummy, a zombie, a green monster and a werewolf, none based on any film or game character), a candy bucket, candy corn and sweets, and lettering such as Happy Halloween, Trick or Treat, Boo!, Stay Spooky and October 31.

Ways to use them

Are these based on famous monsters from films?

No. The vampire, mummy, zombie, green monster, werewolf, witch, skeleton and reaper are original HubToolify drawings of the generic folklore figures, not any film, game or brand character, and the pack has no gore, so it suits a broad Halloween audience.

Can I change the colours?

Yes. Every sticker takes a colour theme. The themes swap the pack's pumpkin orange, deep purple, slime green and candy red tone for tone, so a Midnight pumpkin is purple with the same highlights. The night sky, moonlight, bones and ghost white keep their colours. You can also change the size, background, border colour and border thickness.

What is in the pack ZIP?
